Joe Jessop is considered Subject Matter Expert working within the DoD System of Record for Personnel Security. He was involved in writing the requirements and testing both JPAS and DISS. He has conducted hundreds of training classes and has been recognized in the field by the Defense Security Service Academy now CDSE (Adjunct Instructor) and National Classified Management Society (Information Systems Security Award 2004) and most recent the Secretary of Defense Award for Outstanding Achievement as part of the JPAS Industry PMO. Joe wrote the first "How To Book" for industry use in JPAS and formalized the first training for industry within DoD. Joe is a member of the Industry JPAS steering committee and the Training sub-committee. Joe is one of the founding members of Personnel Security Management, LLC. and Chair of Gold and Silver Star Security.
Randy Nguyen has been named one of the most knowledgeable in the industry on JPAS. He has been working over 18 years supporting JPAS, military organizations, DoD civilians, industrial security and intelligence community security programs for classified projects. He has provided hundreds of training sessions to thousands of employees. He helped his clients consistently earn top grades in DCSA inspections by JPAS education, personnel clearances and thorough security training. Mr. Nguyen is the founder of Clearance Solutions, LLC and a co-founder of Virtual Security Training.
