Since 2022, we have updated our training to include 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 (NISPOM Rule) and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs) 3 and 4. These updates provide guidance on evolving security policies. Training topics include foreign travel, reportable information, Continuous Evaluation, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). All training materials have been reviewed by subject matter experts. Virtual Security Training meets the requirements of 32 CFR § 117.12(h)(3), which states: “Record of training. Contractors will retain records of the date of the most recent training (initial or refresher) and the type of training provided to employees.”
